UNM PARKING PERMITS: COMMUTER STUDENT

Commuter Permits 101

Commuter Student permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and must be repurchased each year. Commuter permits are valid for an entire academic year.

Permits for Zones G, Q, and South are park and ride permits. Shuttles take students to and from these parking lots and the UNM campus. For a map of shuttle routes and parking zones, click here.

Motorcycle permits are also available for parking in any of our various motorcycle parking lots around main and north campuses. These permits apply only to designated motorcycle permit spaces.

120	Available	Students must be enrolled in the Architecture/Landscape Architecture programs only. Permits will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis online and over-the-counter beginning Monday, July 14th at 7:30 AM	$183
G	Limited	North campus students only!	$124
L	Limited	Student must be enrolled in Law School.	$183
M	Limited	Student must be enrolled in north campus graduate level program are guaranteed space.	$183
Motorcycle	Available	Student must register a motorcycle.	$70
Q	Limited	Currently open to north campus students only. Check back periodically; we may sell more permits as we evaluate the lot usage.	$124
T		Available for Speech and Hearing graduates only.	$183
South	Available	No restrictions. South Lot will reopen on August 18, 2008.	$124

"North Campus" refers to programs where the program office is located North of Lomas Blvd.
