Santa Fe, Los Alamos & Espanola Lobos Basketball Fans!

Fans' Game Transport Service
Did you know that for more than 35 years there has been a bus taking interested Lobo basketball fans from Santa Fe to the Pit for men's basketball?  The bus leaves from the parking lot of the Manuel Lujan Building an hour and a half before game time and then drops you off right at a north door of the Pit. The bus leaves within 20 minutes after the game and returns to Santa Fe. There are many reasons for not driving to the games and instead taking the bus. Let me list just a few for you:

  1. You don't have to deal with parking at the Pit.
  2. You don't have to pay to park at the Pit.
  3. You are dropped within 6 feet of a door.
  4. You save on gas and wear and tear on your car.
  5. You can sleep, read, and eat and, if you want, even work on the bus.
  6. You don't have to worry about driving in bad weather.  In the last 35 years we have cancel the bus only twice for bad weather.
  7. You don't even have to take a coat into the games. Leave anything on the bus and it will be perfectly safe.
  8. You will meet a lot of other Lobo fans.
  9. Last but not least is that it is just plain FUN to take the bus.
