The Parking and Transportation Department is an auxiliary enterprise responsible for generating enough revenue to cover all of its operations. Revenues come from a variety of sources, including annual and temporary parking permits, metered and short-term parking, and event support services. The department does not receive any funding through tuition, student fees, or state allocations.
