T2-Flex is temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance.

T2-Flex is expected to be down from approximately 6:00 P.M. on October 11th until 7:00 A.M. on October 17th. 

During the outage, customers will not be able to access their parking accounts and will not have access to online services such as citation payments, citation appeals, permit purchases, permit waitlists, permit waiver requests, etc.

Over-the-counter services are still available for customers at the PATS’ business office – located at 2401 Redondo Dr. NE.
