Bike Valet: What Users Are Saying!
Customer feedback consistently identified security, convenience, and peace of mind as primary benefits. A majority of respondents indicated that the availability of Bike Valet increased their likelihood of commuting to campus by bicycle or scooter. The Bike Valet Pilot has successfully transitioned from an implementation-focused initiative into a core campus mobility service.
The program demonstrates clear demand, strong repeat usage, and measurable impact on commuting behavior. These findings support continued investment and strategic expansion to meet growing micromobility needs at UNM.
