Phase I renovation work in the Redondo Court

UNM Parking & Transportation Services would like to inform you of Phase I renovation work in the Redondo Court (aka A-SHAC parking lot) that will start on Monday, November 2, 2020. Construction fencing for Phase I work will go up on Monday; a limited number of parking spaces will be closed from use during the Phase I work (see attachment map). Phase I work is expected to last into mid-January 2021, at which point Phase II work will begin.
Work is being performed in the A-SHAC parking lot in order to improve current lot condition and to add additional parking spaces in this area.
As a reminder, there is ADA parking available in the Cornell parking structure. A state-issued accessible parking placard (when properly displayed) is valid for use in a pay station space at no cost.
Please plan for extra time in your commute while this project is in progress and be aware of workers in the area. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
