South Lot Parking Restrictions due to Athletics Event

UNM Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) is notifying South Lot permit holders of parking restrictions related to the upcoming UNM Football game.
Thursday Evening 10/22/2026
- Portions of South Lot along the north and east sides of the lot will be closed beginning at approximately 10 P.M.
- Vehicles must be removed from the restricted area before it is closed. Staff will contact vehicles remaining in the restricted area on Friday and ask them to move immediately.
Friday 10/23/2026
- South Lot will have limited availability throughout the day due to football event setup.
- South Lot will close to student parking at 8 P.M.
Please plan ahead and pay attention to posted signs, barricades, and directions from parking staff.
