Winter Break: Rainforest shuttle service suspended

December 20, 2018 - PATS Admin

Parking and Transportation Services (PATS) would like to inform “INV” permit holders about the temporary suspension of Rainforest shuttle service during the 2018 UNM Winter Break taking place December 17 – January 11, 2019. All shuttle service will resume as usual on January 14, 2019.

Access to UNM’s main campus from the Lobo Rainforest is always available via public transit. ABQ Ride buses 66, 766, and 777 have bus stops along Central Ave. near the Lobo Rainforest and the south side of UNM main campus. The typical commute between these two locations is approximately 15 minutes.

Students and full-time faculty and staff are eligible for a free ABQ Ride bus pass sticker to ride city buses free of charge. See pats.unm.edu for eligibility requirements and distribution center information.

ABQ Ride buses and UNM Shuttles may be tracked real-time through the “Where’s My Bus?” component of the UNM LoboMobile app.

Please contact the PATS transportation office at 505.277.0850 or via Facebook and Twitter @UNMPATS for more information and updates.

Thank you,
