Notice: Thanksgiving Break & Announcements

UNM Parking & Transportation Services (UNM PATS) would like to inform customers of upcoming departmental schedule changes due to the UNM closure for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, and Friday, Nov. 24-25 2022. Here’s what you need to know:
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
The UNM PATS’ Business Office will be closed Nov. 24 and 25 and will resume regular business operations at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 28. As a reminder, you can manage your parking account online and do things like add a new vehicle, pay or appeal a citation, etc. To access your parking account, visit pats.unm.edu, click on “My Parking Account”, and log in with your UNM NetID and password.
ENFORCEMENT
UNM PATS will not be enforcing on Nov. 24 and 25. Regular enforcement operations will resume at 7 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 28.
Per UNM Parking Regulations, please remember that any/all parking space restricted by signage, e.g., ADA, Reserved, Patient/Guest/Visitor, Pay Station, etc., as well as parking in the student resident parking areas (e.g., “R” and GR zones) can be enforced 24 / 7, including when UNM is closed.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
UNM PATS shuttle service will be stopping at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23. There will be no shuttle service on Nov. 24 and 25. Regular shuttle service will resume at 6:30 a.m. (4:30 a.m. for G/Q “early start”) on Monday, Nov. 28.

REMINDERS
- Permit returns: As the fall semester comes to a close, we would like to remind our customers who will not need a permit for the spring semester that your annual permit may be returned for a pro-rated refund. For more information click here.
- Winter Intersession and Break: This year’s Intersession (UNM open but no classes) dates are Dec. 19-22 and Jan. 3-13. Winter Break (UNM complete closure) is Dec. 23-Jan. 2.
