"F" Zone Temporary Parking Closures - Hope Building

UNM Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) would like to inform “F” permit holders that construction activity is scheduled in the “F” Zone (Hope building parking lot) from Sep. 4-21.
The scheduled roof repair work will require the temporary closure of four parking spaces in the Hope building drive, including one ADA parking space.
Permit holders may park elsewhere within the “F” zones until construction work is complete (see map for locations). Individuals who have been personally issued a current and valid ADA placard, may park in any of the following:
- Any designated ADA/Handicapped parking space.
- Any regular zone parking space, not further restricted by other signage (i.e. Reserved, Service Vehicle Only, Loading Zone, Fire Lane, etc.).
- Any pay station space, at no charge (including our Cornell and Yale parking structures).
During this construction we advise you plan accordingly and allow extra time for your commute. As always, please make sure to display your “F” permit or valid ADA placard to avoid citations.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please use caution in the parking lots and be mindful of the workers that are on-site. Please call UNM PATS if you have any questions.
