Construction Notice: M-Family Practice Lot Delivery Vehicle Pullout
UNM Parking & Transportation Services (UNM PATS) is notifying M permit holders and the north campus community that as part of the construction of the College of Nursing and Public Health Excellence (CON-PHE) building, the M-Family Practice (M-FP) lot will undergo a construction project to create a delivery vehicle pullout. Construction will start Monday, May 15 and is expected to be completed within three weeks (Saturday, June 10). Here’s what you need to know:
- Construction of the delivery vehicle pullout will occur in the area just west of Domenici II building (Medical Bookstore and Café) in the M-FP Lot.
- Traffic flow in this area will be reduced to one-way to avoid congestion and allow UNMH PATS buses to get to/from the Family Practice bus shelter.
- M permit/reserved holders, clinic patients and passengers taking UNM Hospital shuttles should plan for additional travel time and allow for delays.
